What is the Implementation Process and Timeline?
With the decision to have Data Wave as your data communications provider, your company enters into a
new era. An environment allowing capacity, connectivity and bandwidth issues to be easily resolved. After deciding on Data Wave as your access provider, the sequence of events is as follows:
1. Establish a Contract
Execute a contract that precisely defines the services that you want implemented and maintained by Data Wave. Data Wave's mission is to meet and exceed your expectations. To accomplish this, an experienced member of Data Wave's implementation team will be assigned as the key contact with your IT Department to coordinate all activities.
2. Site Survey
A detailed site survey will be conducted in conjunction with your IT Department to
analyze your needs, and the timeline necessary to accomplish it.

3. Installation
The Data Wave installation team will come in and prepare and install equipment up to the router or demarc. The installation team will also provide the necessary training to your IT Department.
4. Network Integration and Testing
The post-installation process entails signal testing, which ensures that the network is meeting your required throughput under typical loads and expected data traffic.
